Yes I bought a new 2016 Burgman 200, and it's pretty much exactly what I'd expected, in a good way. The main reason I got it instead of a 400 is that I already have a 650, so I already have a big, fast, and heavy scooter for when I want or need that. The problem was that my small, agile, and light scooter (a 150cc Vespa) was just not quite up Iam running an Michelin Pilot Power Pure SC Rear Tire on my 400 right now and its once of the nicest riding tires I've had on any scoot. Especially on the freeway. I can't speak to longevity yet as its only got 1000 miles on it but I'll let you know. 2008 Burgman 400 w/60,100 miles. 1999 Honda Helix w/46,500 miles.

Ihave documented some of the measurements in My Decision to Buy the Burgman 650 and the Technical Specifications. In short: the 650 is 1 cm shorter than the 400! It has the same body width of 65 cm in the front, and when the mirrors are in, it is smaller than the 400! Yes, these are facts!
Burgman650-----I would not be afraid of new/off the showroom floor650 and it would work well for me for the 50,000miles I usually ride a new bike. Most rider complaints come from riders who bought used/old-----have trouble and expect Suzuki to pay for fix. Based on weight Burgman 400 works better for my scooter riding style
